Behavioral interviews for juniors
This course covers behavioral interview questions at junior level, where interviewers ask whether you can be trusted with real work on a team. It builds on the STAR answer format. It shows which stories fit now: teamwork, disagreement and stepping up on a real team, receiving and giving feedback, and code review habits. It also covers written remote communication in English, with notes for candidates in Brazil, and how to tell a mistake or incident story. The last lesson walks through a full behavioral round from opening to close.
